新北市長侯友宜今於防疫應變會議公布武漢肺炎（新型冠狀病毒病，COVID-19）疫苗接種計畫，第一
階段除了醫事及防疫人員，將以住宿型長照機構住民與工作人員及85歲以上長者為優先，預計有8.2萬人可優先接
種。
侯友宜指出，新北市共有21家醫療院所、29區衛生所、26中大型接種站，及200隊機動疫苗接種隊，共276點協助施
打疫苗，將視中央配發疫苗數量，分為三階段執行，除了第一至三類對象，其他多以長者、弱勢居多，強調並非以
「快速」目標，需妥善協助這些人員安全完成施打
侯友宜表示，第一階段將以住宿型長照機構住民與工作人員（約2.4萬人）、85歲以上長者（約5.3萬人）、第一類
至第三類醫事、防疫人員及高接觸風險者（約5千人）為主；第二階段以居家式及社區式長照機構住民及工作人員約（1
.2萬人）、洗腎患者（1.3萬人）、80至84歲長者（約6.1萬人）、第一類至第三類醫事、防疫人員及高接觸風險
者（約5千人）為主；第三階段以75至80歲長者約8.8萬人、第一類至第三類醫事、防疫人員及高接觸風險者（約5千
人）為主。
侯友宜說明，第一至三類施打對象以線上預約及造冊，可至21家合約醫院及29家衛生所接種；長照社福機構由轄區衛
生所安排200隊機動接種隊入機構施打；75歲以上長者以分區、分里、分時段方式，可至21家合約醫院及29家衛生所
及中大型接種站施打，預計12日由各區里長公布分流方式。
